Welcome to CastScen. By using the Service you agree to the following terms — please read them carefully.

1. The Service

The Service provides AI-powered tools to generate and enhance professional product images. Results may vary depending on your input and settings, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Credits & subscriptions

A subscription is a framework access fee that includes a monthly plan allowance which resets each month and does not roll over (usable only while the subscription is active); you may also purchase additional credits that never expire. Credits are used to generate images. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not upload content that is infringing, unlawful, or contains other people's personal data without authorization, and you may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate others' rights.

5. Intellectual property

Provided you comply with these terms and have paid, you own the rights to use the images you upload and the results you generate. When using Brand Products mode, you must confirm that you have a lawful right to use, or have obtained all necessary authorization for, the uploaded images and any trademarks, characters, works, likenesses, or other content they contain, and you are responsible for the generated results and any subsequent use. The Service's software, brand and interface remain our property.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.); statutory consumer rights in other regions are not affected.
