Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. This Refund Policy explains the refund terms for subscriptions and credit purchases on CastScen (the "Service"). Subscriptions and credits are digital content and online services, which qualify as a reasonable exception to statutory cooling-off / withdrawal rights. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. Digital content — all sales final

Subscriptions and credits are digital content / online services and are treated as supplied immediately upon purchase. Except as stated in this policy or required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current period, after which you will not be charged again. Amounts already charged for the current period are non-refundable and are not prorated.

3. Purchased credits

Purchased credits are permanent. Once bought they are non-refundable, hold no cash value, and any unused remaining balance is not refundable. Please buy according to your needs.

4. Monthly plan allowance

The monthly plan allowance included with a subscription is promotional, holds no cash value, is non-refundable, resets each month without rolling over, and is usable only while the subscription is active.

5. Exceptions (case by case)

In the event of duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions, contact the support center within 60 days; after verification we will help correct or refund the charge.

6. Statutory rights & contact

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law. For any refund questions, contact the support center with your order details; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of fraud or refund abuse.
